1. Service Fees & Payment
COMPALGO LABS PRIVATE LIMITED offers specialized website development packages. All payments are processed through the Razorpay or Cachfree payment gateway. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that we charge a non-refundable service fee for administrative setup and project onboarding.
Note on Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the development process. Delays caused by incomplete client data are not the responsibility of Compalgo Labs and do not qualify for refunds.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following strictly defined circumstances:
- Failure to initiate the website development process within 30 days of purchase.
- Significant project delays caused solely by Compalgo Labs beyond the agreed-upon timeframe.
No refunds will be provided for completed or partially completed website development milestones once the design or development phase has been initiated.
3. Request Process
To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to support@compalgolabs.com within 15 days of the refund eligibility conditions being met. The request must include a detailed explanation and any supporting documentation.
Refund processing times are subject to the policies of our payment gateway partners. Compalgo Labs will make reasonable efforts to process approved refunds promptly.
